Project Leaders in the Collaborative Solutions practice area are responsible for the design, implementation, and integration efforts for client business solutions using the latest in Microsoft products and technologies. Primary responsibilities include customer relations, project management, system design, and delivery of projects on time and on budget, with application design, development and prototyping as necessary.
In order to be considered for this position, we require that you are able to design and implement systems, preferably with Microsoft-based technologies, as well as manage project schedules and budgets and lead teams.
Qualified candidates will have work experience that includes the following skill sets:
- Technical and project management experience
- Ability to drive a project from inception to deployment
- Ability to interface with the client in a pre-sales fashion, and on an on-going basis as projects progress
- Conceptual understanding of Enterprise Project Management (Microsoft Project Server), Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET Technologies, Web Services, XML, and ASP
Successful individuals will be self-starters with the following attributes:
- A Microsoft certification is preferred, with the ideal candidate possessing one of the following certifications: MCSD, MCDBA, MCSE, MCAD
- Relevant Bachelors degree and 5-8 years of business, software, or consulting experience with an emphasis on Microsoft technology and project management
- Solid consulting background and experience implementing and managing complex technology solution projects
- Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relations and team orientation
- High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Desire to pursue applicable professional development and certifications
- Demonstrated initiative and positive can-do attitude
