Microsoft CRM Consultant
Location:  Cleveland, OH

We currently have an opportunity for a Microsoft CRM Consultant.

As a Microsoft CRM Consultant you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and deployment of complex Microsoft CRM solutions in the areas of Sales Automation, Customer Service, Marketing Automation, and more.

In order to be considered for this position, you need to be a self starter with good communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and devoted to delivering quality solutions to our customers.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have work experience that includes the following skill sets:

  • 2 – 4 years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with any of the following: Microsoft CRM, SalesLogix, Siebel, Siebel, Onyx
  • 1 - 2 years experience in Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SRS) or similar reporting platform
  • 1 - 2 years of experience required in the areas of data conversion and integration with Scribe Insight and/or BizTalk
  • Install, setup, configure, implement, integrate and test CRM solutions using Allin’s implementation methodology and practices
  • Follow implementation, configuration and testing tasks within project schedules
  • Plan and execute data conversion and integration processes as part of a CRM implementation
  • Perform application and system troubleshooting
  • Document application requirements, technical specifications, use-cases, workflow processes
  • Enforces implementation standards on assigned projects

Successful individuals will be self-starters with the following attributes:

  • Relevant Bachelors degree and 2 – 5 years of business, software, or consulting experience with an emphasis on implementing CRM solutions
  • Microsoft CRM and/or other Microsoft technology certification desired
  • Scribe Certification a plus
  • Conduct CRM and technology research and development with little direction
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal relations and team orientation
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Desire to pursue applicable professional development and certifications
  • Demonstrated initiative and positive can-do attitude
