Job Summary: Identifying, qualifying, refining, and presenting opportunities to prospective customers. Writing and presenting letters of engagement to prospective customers. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Staying current with product, industry, and sales trends.
Managing Sales Opportunities:
- Identify opportunities in accordance with Allin’s solution set
- Qualify opportunities by determining decision maker, budget, scope, timeline, and buying process
- Refine opportunities by confirming decision maker, budget, scope, timeline, and buying process
- Work with practice management to present Allin approach to customer, negotiate scope change, and obtain customer approval
- Work with practice management to develop statement of work to include estimates, timelines, and deliverables
- Present statement of work to customer to review document, address any questions and final objections, coordinate next steps, and obtain customer approval
Managing Accounts:
- Identify organizations’ key decision makers, technologies, technology initiatives, business challenges, buying processes, and cross-selling opportunities
- Build long term relationships with all relevant people with each account
- Manage internal processes to include collaborating with business development managers, managing accounts receivables, and sales pipeline
- Manage vendor and partner liaisons to maintain optimum collaborative relationships
- Manage post-sale activities including kick off meetings, status meetings, customer communication, obtaining references, scope and budget management, and internal team satisfaction
Education:
- Maintain and improve product, industry, and sales knowledge
- Understand partners’ processes and products

- Presentation Skills: Present products and services to clients in a clear, engaging, and impactful manner.

- Selling Skills: Identify and close opportunities with prospects and customers for Allin products and services. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Networking: Cultivating, maintaining, and utilizing a diverse association of contacts and alliances who can provide expert information, help, publicity and/or access to important others.
- Organization and Planning: Ability to be structured and organized when completing tasks. Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize work, and have strong follow-through.
- Work Ethic: Ability to motivate self to maintain high work standards and complete goals through initiative, integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Must be conscientious.
- Technical: Skill at using a computer and Microsoft Office software.
- Other Characteristics: Must be able to work at a fast pace in a fast paced environment, handle stress, make decisions quickly and accurately, think creatively.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in consulting or software
