We currently have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative.
Inside Sales Representatives call prospective and current clients regarding the Microsoft Dynamics product line for the purpose of generating qualified leads for the sales team. They document lead generation using customer relationship management software. They work with Sales and Marketing regarding client and prospect communication.
- Following up with company marketing events:
- Call prospects to qualify opportunities arising from marketing events.
- Document qualified opportunities using customer relationship management software.
- Provide follow-up with prospects until they are handed off to sales manager.
- Promoting offerings to existing customers:
- Obtain current promotional offer from marketing manager.
- Obtain list of qualified customers from sales manager for existing campaign.
- Call customers to qualify interest in current promotion.
- Generating new small to mid-market opportunities:
- Probe prospects or customers to gain better knowledge of their current technology solutions.
- Complete technology assessment matrix and review with sales manager.
- Call prospects and customers to gauge interest on proposed Allin recommendations.
- Selling Microsoft Dynamics maintenance schedules to existing clients:
- Learn and maintain knowledge of Dynamics upgrade paths and maintenance plans.
- Call relevant customer base to obtain approval of work to be scheduled.
- Notify manager to schedule work at customer site.

- Communication: Superior verbal and listening skills. Must be able to read, speak and write proficiently in English.
- Interpersonal Relations: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when communicating and working with clients and colleagues. Relate in a team environment. Treat others respectfully, tactfully, empathically and altruistically.
- Customer Service: Solve customer problems while maintaining positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Selling Skills: Identify opportunities for Allin services and products with prospects and clients.
- Organization and Planning: Ability to be structured and organized when completing tasks. Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize work, and have strong follow-through.
- Work Ethic: Ability to motivate self to maintain high work standards and complete goals through initiative, integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Must be conscientious.
- Technical: Skill at using a computer and MS Office software. CRM experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Other Characteristics: Must be able to work at a fast pace in a fast paced environment, handle stress, make decisions quickly and accurately, think creatively.
