We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Infrastructure Consultant!

We are currently seeking a Technical Infrastructure (TI) Consultant for various projects throughout the Bay Area.

In order to be considered for this position, we require that you are able to develop and implement technology based solutions for clients in accordance with client requirements and systems compatibility. You will analyze client requirements, recommend and deploy solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.

Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience with Microsoft based technologies as well as an ability to provide solutions in a consulting role. Commuting around the Bay Area to client locations will be necessary.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have extensive hands on work experience with most of the following:

• Microsoft Exchange 2007, Active Directory (AD) architecture, planning and deployment
• System Center Configuration Manager (formerly SMS) , patch management, OSD, ITMU
• System Center Operations Manager (formerly MOM)
• Microsoft Security Solutions such as ISA, IAG, and Forefront
• Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM – formerly MIIS)
• Office Communications Server (OCS)
• Desktop Deployment architecture, planning and rollout, group policies (DDPS)
• Clustering
• Windows Server 2008
• SharePoint / MOSS administration
• Project methodologies such as MSF

Successful individuals will be self-starters with the following attributes:

• MCP/MCSE certification is desired
• 3-5 years of experience with an emphasis on Microsoft technologies
• Solid consulting background
• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal relations and team orientation
• High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Desire to pursue applicable professional development and certifications
• Demonstrated initiative and positive can-do attitude
