Pittsburgh, PA: Allin Corporation (OTCBB: ALLN), an information technology consulting company, announced that it has acquired the operations of Accounting Technology Professionals LLC d/b/a Jimary Business Systems.  The acquisition will add seven employees to Allin’s Business Process Practice Area.  Allin’s Business Process Practice Area delivers technology solutions focused on Microsoft business management software such as Great Plains and Solomon financial software and Microsoft CRM.  Allin’s Business Process solutions involve implementing and customizing the Microsoft software packages to help organizations automate processes, make more profitable decisions and accelerate growth.

          Beginning with the next reporting period, Allin will segregate Business Process Practice Area revenue and gross margin for reporting purposes.  Prior to the most recent acquisitions, business process revenue was reported through the Company’s Collaborative Solutions Practice Area.  Due to the short amount of time remaining in the fourth quarter, the addition of Jimary’s operations is not expected to alter the current financial forecast that Allin’s management provided with its third quarter earnings release on November 3, 2004.
