Allin Corporation Secures Contract with Delaware North Companies
Contract Covers Installation of RPM Technology at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston

Wednesday, December 7, 2005

For Release at 11:00 AM EST

Pittsburgh, PA:  Allin Corporation announced that, through its Interactive Group, it has secured an agreement with Delaware North Companies-Boston to install Allin Interactive's Robotic Program Manager (“RPM”) Server in the TD Banknorth Garden, home of the NHL Boston Bruins and the NBA Boston Celtics.  Installation of the RPM Server along with RPM Designer and Controller software, developed by Allin Interactive, was completed October 17-18 and the first Boston Bruins game usage was October 20 vs. the Buffalo Sabres.

Allin's RPM package, originally designed to populate, assemble, and control content for in-cabin TV program guides and public television displays on cruise ships, has been modified to create a flexible platform for in-stadium messaging, sponsorship and advertising.  Allin’s multi-element, multi-channel display server and software is designed to combine scheduled and instant graphical content in conjunction with pre-recorded video and live broadcasts to concourse, public and luxury suite televisions. The easy-to-use RPM Designer software allows sponsor graphics, tickertape messages and animations to be interspersed with pre-game, in-game, and post-game video to maximize the promotional value of the platform.  In addition, the “instant delivery” component of the software package allows teams and venues to deliver locally-controlled full-screen advertising video and messages at designated game junctures.  Multiple channel capabilities allow differentiated content to be delivered to two different groups of televisions at the same time all while utilizing the broadcast network infrastructure already in place in the stadium.

“We are really excited about our RPM installation, as we have found RPM to be an affordable solution to provide value-add to our advertisers on our concourse level, suites, and restaurants," stated Lorraine Spadaro, VP of Technology and eBusiness, Delaware North Companies-Boston.  "It's also an opportunity for us to push messaging to our customers promoting our in-arena food and beverage opportunities as well as restaurant locations."

“We designed RPM with the flexibility to be used in many types of closed-loop broadcast environments with the idea of expanding our reach in the interactive area beyond the cruise ship market," stated Doug Tempero, managing director of Allin Interactive.  “While interactive solutions that Allin developed are currently operating at medical and educational institutions, such as the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona and the Reno Judicial College in Nevada, this is Allin’s first implementation in the professional sports market.  It is our hope that we can leverage this installation into additional arenas and open the doorway for other interactive television applications in arena and stadium suites.”
