Celebrity Cruises Places Order for Interactive Television with Allin Corporation
ITV Solution to Upgrade Allin's Original System Installed in 1995

Thursday, March 16, 2006

For Release Immediate Release

Pittsburgh, PA:  Allin Corporation (OTCBB: ALLN) announced that Celebrity Cruises, an affiliate of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Ltd. (NYSE: RCL), has placed an order with Allin covering the implementation of an interactive television solution on Celebrity’s Century.  This order marks the first time that Allin will be replacing an existing interactive television system with the latest in interactive television technology.  Allin installed the original system aboard the Century in 1995.  With this order, Allin will maintain a total population of nineteen vessels for Celebrity and Royal Caribbean in operation or under contract with Allin’s industry leading interactive television solutions.  Across all cruise lines, Allin has a total of thirty four shipboard interactive television systems in operation or under contract.  This order was previously disclosed in the Company’s year end earnings release.

“This order marks the first time in our history that we will be replacing one of our installed systems with an upgraded system,” commented Rich Talarico, Allin’s CEO.  “We are proud that the initial version of our interactive television system has been able to provide uninterrupted service considering the rigors associated with being at sea for over ten years.  This dependability is what we strive for as a Company in both our solutions and our service and is a mark unmatched in the industry.  Celebrity Cruises has been in the forefront of the move to interactive television since the beginning so it is not surprising that they are our first client to upgrade an existing Allin interactive television solution.”

“We believe that interactive television adds to the overall cruise experience for our clients, and as such, we have had an interactive television solution operating on each of our vessels since 1997,” commented Brian Lunsford, manager entertainment-technical for Celebrity Cruises.  “We are in the process of upgrading the existing Celebrity fleet to maintain Celebrity’s unmatched service in the industry and the upgrading of the interactive television solution is part of that plan.”

The interactive television solution will use the latest in Web technology to provide Celebrity’s guests the convenience of using their in-stateroom TV sets to access a variety of electronic commerce services such as previewing and reserving shore excursions, watching on-demand movies and informational videos, ordering room service, enjoying games of chance and reviewing their folio accounts and shipboard activities.  The Allin solution will interface with the vessel’s hotel management system to allow direct billing to guest accounts for E-commerce transactions processed through the interactive television system.
