Allin Corporation Secures Contract with Anaheim Ducks
Installation of RPM Technology in Anaheim's Arrowhead Pond maintains momentum in professional sports venues

Thursday, September 14, 2006

For Immediate Release

Pittsburgh, PA:  Allin Corporation (OTCBB:ALLN) announced that it has secured an agreement with the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim and Anaheim Ducks to install Allin Interactive's Robotic Program Manager (“RPM”) Platform in the arena.  Installation of the RPM Server along with RPM Designer and Controller software, developed by Allin Interactive, will be completed before the 2006-2007 season opener on October 6 versus the Los Angeles Kings and will be used during all events at the arena.

Allin’s multi-element, multi-channel display server and software is designed to combine scheduled and instant graphical content in conjunction with pre-recorded video and live broadcasts to concourse, public and luxury suite televisions in professional sports venues. The RPM package allows sponsor graphics, tickertape messages and logos to be interspersed with pre-game, in-game, and post-game video to maximize the promotional value of the platform.  In addition, the “instant delivery” component of the software package allows teams and venues to deliver locally-controlled full-screen advertising video and messages at designated game junctures.

“We believe that RPM adds an exciting new element to our in-arena television network,” stated Bob Wagner, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Arrowhead Pond and Ducks.   “The ability to easily add dynamic sponsored elements along with game-day and upcoming event information to our broadcast without interrupting our live action provides a tremendous new tool for our sponsorship sales, marketing and entertainment teams.”

“We are very pleased to continue our momentum in professional sports with our installation in the Arrowhead Pond,” stated Doug Tempero, managing director of Allin Interactive.  “This agreement further reinforces RPM’s positioning as an inexpensive, non-invasive means by which to create new sponsorship, information and promotional real estate utilizing assets that are already in place in all sports stadiums and arenas.”

This installation is Allin’s fourth in a professional sports venue and the second implementation of RPM in a multi-purpose arena.  Allin recently announced August installations at San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium and Jacksonville’s Alltel Stadium for the NFL’s San Diego Chargers and Jacksonville Jaguars.

About the Anaheim Ducks and Arrowhead Pond

Since their inception in 1993, the Anaheim Ducks have earned four trips to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, including a trip to the Finals in 2003 and the Western Conference Finals this past season. Just over a year ago, on June 20, 2005, the Ducks’ franchise was purchased by Orange County residents Henry and Susan Samueli. In the Samueli’s first year of ownership, the Ducks went on to break franchise records for overall wins (43) and standings points (98). Entering the 2006 Playoffs as the Western Conference’s sixth seed, the Ducks upset the third-seeded Calgary Flames in a thrilling seven-game series and went on to sweep the Colorado Avalanche before losing to the Edmonton Oilers in the Western Conference Finals.

As Southern California's premier entertainment and sports venue, the Arrowhead Pond hosts a variety of first-class events each year including concerts, sporting events and family shows. The 650,000-square-foot arena is home to the NHL Anaheim Ducks and the prestigious John R. Wooden Classic. Annual events include Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, the Disney on Ice and the Harlem Globetrotters.
