Allin Interactive Selected by MSC Cruise Lines as Interactive Television Provider

Friday, October 20, 2006

For Immediate Release

Pittsburgh, PA:  Allin Corporation (OTCBB:ALLN) announced that it has secured an agreement with MSC Cruises to customize Allin’s digital interactive television solution in anticipation of an installation of the system on the MSC Orchestra, scheduled to be delivered in April, 2007.

“We are looking forward to the implementation of an ITV solution that embraces MSC's ideals of innovative technology and engineering,” stated Mr. Emilio La Scala, General Manager of MSC Cruises. “After an extensive review of available ITV platforms, we decided that Allin ITV offers the most comprehensive value proposition for our passengers, our crew, and our organization as a whole.  We look forward to a long and productive partnership with Allin Interactive.”

“We are extremely excited to be working with MSC,” stated Doug Tempero, Managing Director of Allin Interactive.  “Our digital interactive television solution provides a perfect platform from which to build a customized solution for MSC.  We look forward to tailoring that platform to meet the unique style of cruising that MSC offers to the industry.”

The MSC Orchestra, currently being built at Aker France yard in northwestern France (formerly Chantiers d'Atlantique), is the second in the Musica class and is scheduled to begin service in May, 2007.  It is a 90,000 ton vessel with 1,275 passenger cabins to accommodate up to 3,013 guests.  Passenger amenities on the Orchestra will include mini golf and golf simulation, a full-sized tennis court, teens club, discothèque, jogging track, two saunas, two steam rooms, four Jacuzzis, two swimming pools, a solarium, full casino, spa and salon, card and cigar rooms, theatre, Internet café and sizeable shopping areas.

Allin ITV will support, enhance and add to MSC’s onboard amenities by providing on-demand in-cabin entertainment for guests, providing “real time” onboard information and ship-to-cabin communication with 24-hours-per-day availability, and promotion of port activities, onboard shopping, specialty dining, and onboard services such as room service, wine ordering and spa/salon reservations all while reducing lines and increasing passenger satisfaction.

About MSC Cruises

MSC Cruises is a division of Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), a privately owned company with a longstanding history on the seas headed by captain Gianluigi Aponte. MSC, the world’s second-largest cargo line with approximately 300 ships, entered the cruise industry in 1988 with the introduction of MSC Cruises.  MSC Cruises combines a deep heritage at sea with an enthusiastic, young, motivated management team to present a company philosophy of innovation and Italian tradition. MSC Cruises currently operates eight cruise ships, including the MSC Orchestra (2007), Orchestra’s sister ship MSC Musica (2006), MSC Opera (2004), MSC Lirica (2003), MSC Sinfonia (2002), and MSC Armonia (2001.)  In addition, MSC has a third Musica-class vessel under construction for 2008 delivery to be named the MSC Poesia.  What’s more, Aker France has recently cut the first steel that will become MSC Fantasia, which will be 133,500 gross tons when it is delivered at the end of 2008. MSC has two Fantasia-class vessels (MSC Fantasia and MSC Serenata for 2009) on order, each which will each have 3,900 lower berths and a crew of 1,300.  These ships are the largest commissioned by a European ship owner to date, and will conclude a 4 billion Euros investment in cruise ship building initiated with the construction of the MSC Lirica in 2003.  This aggressive growth has vaulted MSC Cruises to the status of fastest growing cruise line in the industry, and with 12 ships in service by 2009 MSC Cruises expects to host more than 1 million guests annually by 2010.

MSC Cruises offers itineraries in the Mediterranean all year round, in Northern Europe, Transatlantic, the Caribbean, South America and South Africa.  MSC Cruises also co-sponsors Alinghi in the 32nd America’s Cup, which will take place in Valencia in June 2007.
