Allin Corporation Presented with Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Award
Northern California Office wins in Competitive ERP Project against SAP

December 10, 2007

For Immediate Release

Pittsburgh, PA:  Allin Corporation (OTCBB: ALLN), a Microsoft Gold Certified technology consulting company, announced that its Northern California office was awarded the Northwest Area Partner Excellence Award for Customer Satisfaction at the Quarterly Microsoft Partner Awards for the second quarter of Microsoft’s 2008 fiscal year.

At the Microsoft Northern California Quarterly Partner Briefing, Allin was very pleased to receive the coveted Customer Satisfaction Award.    In a business climate where differentiation is a daily challenge, continuous innovation and customer satisfaction are more important than ever to maintain a competitive advantage. The Customer Satisfaction Award is awarded to Microsoft partners who are leaders in next-generation programs and activities to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Jane Dickson, Microsoft North West SMS&P General Manager presented the award to Allin in front of the managed partner community for Allin’s implementation of Microsoft Dynamics SL for ZoomSystems.  Microsoft recently went through a process of realigning their territories that resulted in the Northern California district merging with the Pacific Northwest district.  The new district is now referred to as the Northwest district.

“We are very honored to be recognized by Microsoft in the customer satisfaction category,” stated Mark Cabot, managing director of Allin Consulting in Northern California. “Ultimately, customer satisfaction builds long term relationships and has driven our success over the past 10 plus years of working closely with Microsoft and our joint customers.”

Mark Giuliani, the practice director of Allin’s Microsoft Dynamics group added, “The Dynamics SL Implementation for ZoomSystems clearly demonstrates the importance of successful teaming.  From the beginning of the engagement, it was clear that both Allin and ZoomSystems were willing to work as a cohesive group to achieve the various milestones that were needed to successfully implement this solution.”

ZoomSystems, a pioneer in a revolutionary new channel of automated retail, had been using SAP Business One for their ERP solution.  SAP’s product posed many obstacles for Zoom in terms of growth and functionality, particularly because there was no supply chain or forecasting process as part of SAP Business One.  Allin worked with ZoomSystems to replace SAP Business One with Microsoft Dynamics SL.  The Dynamics SL implementation effectively demonstrated improved flexibility, supply chain management capabilities, improved business intelligence tools, improved integration to external systems, improved support, and the elimination of manually intensive processes.  As a distribution (supply-chain) driven business, ZoomSystems now has a fully integrated ERP system which provides accurate and timely inventory information, product sales history, reporting, and accounting data.  In addition, it has the flexibility to continue to support their growth over time.
