Microsoft CRM Readiness Assessment

What is the Microsoft CRM Readiness Assessment?
An Assessment is not a sales call.  It is an opportunity for Allin and Microsoft to gain objective insight to your customer service and sales processes.  It is a one-half to one day onsite session facilitated by Allin, who will conduct an interactive session with key members of your organization that are interested in better understanding how to automate the communication, tracking and reporting of all customer communication by leveraging your current technology investment in Microsoft Exchange and Outlook and introducing Microsoft CRM to your marketing, sales and customer service teams.  This assessment can then be used to help evaluate the complexity and costs of the investment to the potential operational and business efficiencies of the Microsoft CRM product.

After conducting the onsite session, Allin will deliver a report with findings and recommendations to help you develop objectives and metrics that will build a case for CRM in your business and get the most of your other technology investments.  The assessment will be customized to your organization’s specific needs, but will include many of the following topics:

  • Defining critical CRM objectives and aligning them to specific business goals
  • Delivering improved productivity throughout the organization
  • Estimating the impact and readiness of CRM in your organization
  • Delivering consistent, efficient customer service
  • Defining and improving CRM and related business processes
  • Making informed, timely decisions
  • Improving relationships with customers, vendors and business partners
  • Increasing sales success

Would you benefit from the Microsoft CRM Readiness Assessment?
Are any of these questions relevant to your firm?

  • Would it be more efficient and accurate if you could automate many of your sales and service processes?
  • Can your mobile workforce work offline with accounts, leads, opportunities, quotes, and other sales tools?
  • Can you consistently and efficiently track customer requests and manage support incidents?
  • Can you easily measure current business activity, forecast future revenues, identify customer trends, and evaluate sales and service performance?
  • Are your account and service teams using desktop tools that are not integrated and do not comply with and can not scale to meet your business’ growth plans?
  • Do you have the need to introduce a customer relationship management tool to your teams but can not afford the time and money to train them on a new product?

As your customers, sales team and customer service representatives rely more and more on your ability to provide a complete, secure view of customer information, it is increasingly more important for you to implement a solution that leverages your current secure, scaleable infrastructure and is built with tools that can offer easy integration with other applications and Web services.

Allin’s Microsoft CRM Readiness Assessment will provide you with guidance on how to:

  • Develop a measurable strategy to implement CRM – Quantify the success of your investment by establishing specific business goals for each CRM capability
  • Develop your collaborative environment – Position your staff to communicate and collaborate more effectively within your organization and with key customers and partners
  • Secure your company’s assets – Develop and sustain a competitive advantage through a superior Customer Relationship Management application that enables you to put your customers at the center of your business

What are the deliverables of the Assessment?
Allin will present our written report to your organization that will summarize the findings of the Assessment, including:

  • An outline of your organization’s most urgent business challenges and how they affect your CRM strategy including an assessment of where CRM may provide the greatest return on investment
  • Allin’s recommendation on how and where to get started and some key milestones that will help all parties measure success
  • Positioning of additional technologies that will complement and extend your CRM and related investments
  • A summary of the benefits your organization will realize by implementing different phases of CRM and next step recommendations for increasing adoption and improving communication and collaboration

What investments are required?
Only the time of relevant personnel will be needed during the Assessment.  Before the onsite portion of the Assessment is conducted, senior executives in your organization are expected to have approved the engagement.  Although encouraged to participate in these assessments, it is not necessary that these executives be involved in the assessment.

We expect that you will need to identify team members that have a deep knowledge of your business and its challenges and core business processes.  Typical participants include company executives, sales managers, senior marketing staff, customer service managers and an IT representative that is familiar with the support of these business functions.  The participants should be available for the duration of the on-site visit.

Cost
Allin and Microsoft will fund this Assessment, at no cost to you.  Contact us today.
