DigiMobile™

Allin’s new DigiMobile™ solution extends ITV information and services to guests’ mobile devices, so that they can access interactive services throughout your property.

Allin is uniquely positioned to offer interactive Smart Phone/Pad applications, which integrate with Allin’s existing ITV offerings.  With Allin’s DigiMobile Service, guests can access important applications on their mobile devices, increasing accessibility and overall guest satisfaction.

DigiMobile Offers:

  • Instant updates and coordinated content management through DigiManager, Allin’s browser-based application management software
  • Seamless integration with ITV system media for an extension of applications and services
  • Guest access to essential services and information from any location on the property

  • Reporting features in DigiManager for data collection

Base Applications

The following applications are available as part of the DigiMobile Base Package. Passengers download the functionality to their mobile devices via the Apple, Windows, or Android application marketplaces.

Mobile Device Registration
This application is required to activate the guest’s mobile device for use with DigiMobile.  The guest is instructed to securely register their device by accessing the “Register Phone” function on their in-room ITV system.

The guest selects their name, enters the registration code displayed on the TV, and selects “Register.” Once registration is complete, they may use DigiMobile to access customized information and conduct transactions anywhere on the property.

Language Selection
Allows the guest to view DigiMobile applications in any available system language.

Guests select a language, and all dynamic text in the system immediately changes to the selected language, as it does in the Allin ITV system.

Calling (Phone-to-Phone)
This application allows calling between registered phones via the property’s wi-fi network. 

The guest selects the “Make Call” option from the Main Menu within the application.

Chat (Phone-to-Phone)
This application allows chatting (conducted via the wi-fi network) between all devices registered to a single room.

The guest selects the “Chat” option from the Main Menu within the application.

Daily Activities Schedule
In DigiManager users create and populate activities with content including description, image, and video. Users also define activity types and locations and create activity schedules.

The DigiMobile extension of the Activities module allows guests to browse activities taking place around the property, organized by type and time. Guests may add activities they like to their personal calendar, which is also accessible via DigiMobile.

Messaging
DigiMobile messaging allows staff to send messages to guests or groups of guests. This enables staff to instantly reach guests with marketing, promotional, or informational messages even if they aren’t in their room.

Guests can send messages to other devices registered to their room, including the TV.  On properties with DigiHD ITV the module allows staff to add the “Contact Me” button, so guests can respond to the message instantly from their mobile device.

General Information with “Contact Me” Functionality
General information (GI) provides important information about services and facilities on the property, and each GI application is managed separately within DigiManager. Users add information organized by Topics, Sections and Items with text descriptions, images, and video. The user also determines if the “Contact Me” instructions will be added to any Item.

With General Information on DigiMobile, guests can access the information they need when and where they need it. Some popular uses for GI modules include: General Information, Guest Services, and Spa.

“Video Only” Modules
Any number of videos can be deployed as Video Only modules, and can be accessed from the DigiMobile Main Menu.

When selected, the video plays on the mobile device and the guest is returned to the Menu when the video is completed.

Folio Review
Folio review requires direct integration with the property management system and displays current account transactions associated with the room to which the mobile device is registered.

Guests can check their account “on the go” for increased convenience.

Restaurant Information, Menus, and Reservations
Restaurants are organized under “Restaurant Types,” and users populate information about the restaurants including text, images, and video. Users may also upload actual restaurant menus.

The guest selects a restaurant to view information about the restaurant. They can then select the “View Menu” button to see the current menu for the selected restaurant, or the “Reservations” button if reservations are applicable for the restaurant.

Excursions and Event Tickets
The Excursions and Event Ticket applications utilize the current integration with the on-site PMS system for ticket management, inventory, purchasing, and transactional components including age verification.

Guests can view details, images, and video about all tours available, as well as events and event times. Guests can then make ticket purchases right from their phone, eliminating the need to go back to the cabin or wait in line.

“Contact Me” Functionality on DigiMobile
If the “Contact Me” instructions are activated on any Item, the guest can request to be contacted regarding the Item.  When selected, an e-mail is instantly generated by the system and sent to the staff member responsible. 

“Contact Me” functionality is available in General Information and Messaging, and with DigiMobile guests can respond to these items/messages instantly from anywhere on the property.
