Implementation

Allin provides a full-service implementation of each Allin Interactive solution. This includes the personnel necessary to engineer, plan, install, and commission head-end and in-room ITV hardware and software, and to train appropriate onboard and shoreside personnel.

Allin’s structured approach to project management on all client engagements typically includes:

  • Component recommendations
  • Materials acquisition
  • Integration testing
  • Configuration and pre-assembly of the solution at Allin Interactive’s facility in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
  • On-site instruction and testing
  • Training

Onboard personnel are trained by Allin implementation personnel during the installation project. Shoreside training is also provided for applicable marketing, operations, and IT personnel.
