Allin forms strategic relationship with HSP Central to offer PaaS

Pittsburgh, PA:  Allin Corporation (OTCBB: ALLN), a Microsoft Gold Certified technology consulting company, announced today that it has formed a strategic relationship with HSP Central, also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.  This follows Allin’s recent acquisition of the assets of SharePointHosting.com in further advancing Allin’s entry into the Software as a Service (SaaS) market.

Tony Marron, president and founder of HSP Central, entered the rapidly growing SaaS field in 2000 by offering subscription based virtual desktops accessing secure virtual corporate LAN’s.  Allin will now sell HSP Central subscription services under the Allin brand.

Through HSP Central, Allin will offer virtual Microsoft desktops including all Microsoft client applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, etc) and access to Exchange, SharePoint and File & Print Servers.  Allin is provisioning an entire virtual corporate LAN or Platform, referring to it as a 'Platform as a Service' or ‘PaaS’.  The Allin PaaS model also includes all hosted network server maintenance and version upgrade expenses.  While the offering is primarily targeted at the Small & Medium business space, Allin also plans to offer targeted platforms to the Corporate and Enterprise space, such as hosted development environments and other project based solutions.
