SharePoint Upgrade and Migration Services
SharePoint environments grow over time and typically contain a mix of custom development and out-of-the-box features.  As a result, it can be difficult to determine the level of effort required to migrate between WSS and MOSS versions.  Migration planning begins with an assessment and environment health-check and ends with a detailed project and risk mitigation plan.
