Support

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Allin Interactive’s in-house Client Support Team provides 24 X 7 X 365 support to Allin’s clients.

Immediate service is provided for technical calls, and most support issues are handled over a remote connection to each vessel.  When required, Allin’s Client Support team will travel to client sites, ships, and dry docks around the world to deliver service and support.

Structured Support Framework
Support is delivered under a structured framework using “Target Resolution Time Frames” to prioritize each response. 

Allin Interactive Support Programs
Allin offers support and maintenance services either on a time-and-materials basis, or under a fixed annual support and marketing effectiveness program, the DigiPremium™ Support Program. 

DigiPremium™ program participants receive periodic visits to their vessels for system check-ups, maintenance, and training, in addition to a bank of miscellaneous support credits. 

DigiPremium™ onboard visits include the following:

  • A full health check-up of the system
  • An upgrade to the most recent DigiMix™ base software version (includes skinning)
  • New feature training for onboard personnel
  • System use training for new personnel
  • A marketing evaluation of system usage, which includes follow-up reports with suggestions for maximizing system effectiveness and generating revenue
