Approach
Allin’s method of assembling a team and delivering a solution is customized to the customer’s specific operational and project needs. For customers that prefer to engage on a project basis, Allin will follow its proven solution framework to clearly define, manage and deliver to a project’s objectives, timeline and budget. Customers also call on Allin’s assistance to provide knowledge transfer on key technologies or to supplement a customer’s existing project team. In any case the assigned Allin team has access to Allin internal escalation and problem resolution capabilities to ensure for a successful project.

The Allin Solution Framework (ASF), based on the Microsoft Solution Framework, is the approach Allin uses when managing to a specific set of project objectives. It ensures our solutions address our client’s current and future needs in addition to their defined timeline and budget restrictions. The process is managed through four separate phases: Solution Vision, Solution Design, Solution Development and Solution Deployment. While each phase is iterative and relies on prototyping, lab environments and proof of concept techniques, each phase culminates with specific deliverables including a confirmation of the project’s goals, timeline and budget. Risks and alternatives are also evaluated to ensure the project and the client can react appropriately to ever-changing internal and external business needs.

Allin maintains four practice areas: Technology Infrastructure, Collaborative Solutions, Interactive Media and Business Process. They remain tightly integrated by leveraging the same platforms and relying on the same predictable project approach Allin applies to all client engagements. This integrated approach provides customers the assurance Allin understands the “big picture” and can design and recommend a solution that addresses a customer’s current needs as well position them for future growth and change.

Knowledge transfer is key to each of Allin's solutions. Our projects are not complete until the customer is comfortable with the solution and prepared to enhance and maintain it in the future. Knowledge transfer is built into the Allin Solution Framework ("ASF") process and is achieved through multiple communication channels including status reporting, ASF deliverables, formal training and more informal "walk-around" support.
