Project Lead, Implementation Team

Allin Interactive has an opportunity for a Project Leader for our Implementation team.
Project Leaders at Allin Interactive are responsible for the scheduling, equipment ordering and inventory, and on-site management of the Implementation team.
To be considered for this position, you must be able to design and implement systems, preferably with Microsoft-based technologies, as well as manage project schedules and budgets and lead teams.

Lauderdale, Florida and specializing in cruise lines, AI's experienced staff installs cutting-edge ITV and hardware solutions in ship yards around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Project Specific:
• Site Survey
• Document onboard findings (ie cabin configuration, BCC layout, etc.)
• Gather documentation from customer (cabin plans, wiring diagrams, etc.)
• Acquire from customer actual equipment (specifically television)
• Equipment testing / compatibility - Scheduling
• Review Master Schedule
• Creating the individual project schedule
• Create time template
• Communication with customer on dates/milestones
• Include expense milestone (submitted expected expenses, receipt of expense check, balance of expenses, etc.)
• Project documentation/handoff - BOM/Inventory Equipment
• Create BOM with Sr. Technician. (current & past)
• Coordinate with Purchasing/logistics on lead time
• Track equipment
• Work with logistics for load out documentation - Pre-Configuration/Testing
• Document all steps for pre-configuration (HE & In Cabin)
• Remote programming / television compatibility
• Identify milestones & goals of configuration/test (ie mini project plan)
• Document milestones & goals for internal resources & customer
• Status updates
• Coordinate customer resources (ie servers, networking resources, test environment, etc.)
• Final approval of system prior to shipment - On-Site Management
• Coordinate flights & transportation (airport to yard/ship, daily transportation, etc.)
• Arrange accommodations
• Communicating with customer to obtain everything required (ie yard access, cabin access, storage, access to equipment, BCC status/requirements, safety meetings)
• Meet with Sr. HE & In Cabin Lead to determine project status and adherence to schedule
• Spot check workmanship
• Weekly Project Status reports for Office & Customer
• Manage Expenses
• Input time / review budget with SM
• Identify problems with the installation and work up a solution along with ramifications. Present to customer & SM.
• HR Management of the team on-site (morale)
• End of project logistics (spares to responsible parties, equipment packup, sign-off paperwork)
• Sign-off procedures (flights, transportation, immigration, etc.)
• Customer sign-off w/ documentation of what is left to be delivered.
• Marching orders for personnel remaining onboard (ie training schedule, project pieces left to complete, etc.) - Project Wrap Up
• Finalize all documentation & present to customer
• Re-enter equipment to inventory/stock install kits
• RMA wrap up
• Employee evaluation
• Expense balance
• BOM balance
• Lessons learned summary
• Hand-off to support (ie documentation, connectivity, customer introduction to support if necessary) - Office Responsibilities
• RMA delegation
• Coordinate with SM for ‘office projects’
• Participate in general office organization in addition to projects
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have work experience that includes the following skill sets:• Technical and project management experience
• Ability to drive a project from inception to deployment
• Ability to interface with the client and on a per project basis

• Knowledge of networking
